2. Permitted use
Use the service for lawful business communications: answering calls, capturing leads, routing to staff, and follow-up you are authorized to send. Configure accurate prompts, business hours, and escalation paths.
3. Prohibited use
You may not: harass or threaten individuals; send unlawful robocalls or spam; impersonate government agencies or emergency services; process data without rights or consent; record or transcribe where prohibited; use the service for illegal telemarketing; circumvent DNC or consent controls; probe or attack our infrastructure; or resell access without authorization.
4. AI-generated content
AI agents may produce errors. Prohibited uses include presenting AI output as professional legal, medical, or financial advice without qualified human review where required.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate abuse reports, suspend features, or terminate accounts that create risk to callers, providers, or the platform. Serious violations may be reported to authorities where appropriate.
